Context

The Maadi Technology Park (MTP) is a 2M SF information and communications technology innovation center located in Cairo, Egypt. The Government of Egypt, in collaboration with the World Bank and International Finance Corporation, explored public-private partnership models for improving public infrastructure and creating a world-class technology cluster designed to provide a space for innovation and economic development.

Our Role

Level conducted a preliminary assessment of the financial feasibility of a public-private partnership for the development and management of the MTP, which included reviewing development plans for the technology park, and developing sustainable, resilient development models for various public-private partnership scenarios.
