Context
The Escazu Master Plan was completed for a 10-acre mixed-use development in a central location in the desirable Escazu neighborhood of San Jose, Costa Rica. The development project features a boutique retail experience, designed around historic trees with over 30-meter diameter canopies.
Our Role
Level Infrastructure provided technical infrastructure planning services for roads, circulation, parking, drainage, electrical distribution, water distribution, on-site wastewater treatment, and solid waste management. Level also developed a detailed parking, circulation, and entry/exit scheme to optimize traffic flow as much as possible.
