Context
The Faridabad Country Walk detailed master plan was prepared for a 150-acre parcel within Delhi, India’s Faridabad district. The plan envisioned a mixed-use community with commercial office space, ground-floor retail, residential units for all income segments, and attractive public park areas. An exemplar of high-density, high-quality sustainable urban growth, the project helped to facilitate Delhi’s much-needed urban growth by providing excellent public transportation connectivity for Faridabad’s residents.
Our Role
Level delivered a comprehensive sustainable infrastructure plan that included energy, stormwater management, drinking water, sanitary water treatment and recycling, transportation & parking, and solid waste management & recycling plans. Level collaborated with Sasaki on the master planning and with the client team’s in-house engineering and development teams.
